Concrete Finishers

United Trades of America is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of concrete structures and surfaces. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that concrete surfaces are properly finished, smoothed, and sealed to meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Concrete Finishing :

Smooth and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, including trowels, screeds, and edgers.

• Operate power saws to cut expansion joints and remove excess concrete.
• Patch, repair, and resurface damaged concrete structures as needed.

Formwork and Preparation :

Assist in setting up concrete forms and molds.

Mixing and Pouring :

Assist in the mixing and pouring of concrete according to project specifications.

Quality Assurance :

Inspect finished surfaces for defects and imperfections.

Clean-Up and Maintenance :

Clean and maintain tools and equipment regularly.

Teamwork :

Collaborate with other tradespeople, contractors, and supervisors on construction projects.
