We are currently seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our home health team.

What You’ll Do Make initial evaluation visits when occupational therapy is the only service ordered Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the physician and care team Provide skilled OT interventions to improve daily living, safety, and independence Complete OASIS assessments and document functional, emotional, and mental health needs What You’ll Need Active Missouri Occupational Therapy license in good standing One year of recent OT experience (home health experience preferred) Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license Why Haven Locally and clinician owned Flexible scheduling Competitive PRN compensation A supportive, experienced clinical team that values your expertise If you’re looking for a home health team that truly gets it —and treats you like a professional, not a number—Haven is your place.
