We are seeking a Program Manager to play a pivotal role in a major transformation program, integrating multiple trading business and technology platforms across finance, operations, risk, trading and data.
This role is ideal for someone who started their career as an IT Business Analyst or developer in a trading, commodities, or capital markets environment, progressed into project management, and is now ready to take the next step into program management.
You’ll bring a strong grasp of front-to-back trading processes, the ability to quickly understand different business areas, and the confidence to work across multiple stakeholders and disciplines. This is a high-change, high-impact position with significant scope to grow into a senior strategic leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs spanning finance, treasury, trading, risk, billing, and data workstreams.
- Partner with business and technology teams to understand workflows, identify gaps, and deliver pragmatic solutions.
- Support process change, data clean-up, and system migration readiness, ensuring minimal disruption to trading operations.
- Coordinate the replacement and consolidation of legacy systems across finance and operations.
- Establish governance frameworks and track delivery against milestones, adapting approach based on business readiness and risk.
- Build trust with stakeholders by demonstrating a deep understanding of trading operations and the commercial drivers behind change.
- Navigate competing priorities, pockets of resistance, and legacy mindsets to deliver business value.
