Computer Repair Lead

Join our diverse team as a Computer Repair Lead with a company dedicated to driving technology forward and delivering impactful solutions across multiple industries. Schedule : 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday

Pay Rate : $18 - $30 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate daily repair team activities to ensure timely task completion.
• Diagnose complex device issues and provide technical support to technicians.
• Monitor repair quality, enforce safety standards, and provide performance feedback.
• Prioritize workloads based on customer needs, resources, and deadlines.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts, labor, and incidents.
• Train team members on repair procedures, tool usage, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate across teams and with management to improve processes, manage tools and parts, and meet performance goals.
