Hybrid Front End Developer Position

This position is a hybrid role - in office 3 days per week in Cottonwood Heights, UT

What You Will Do

As a front end developer, your focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will be responsible for ensuring that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. Other duties include :

• Coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure in all phases of the software development lifecycle in a fast-paced agile setup.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Develop new user-facing features using React.js
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimize components for high performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation
• Work collaboratively with UI / UX Designers, Product Owners and Architects to understand end user requirements to provide technical solutions and for the implementation of new software features
• Participate in feature grooming, provide inputs in design and perform story point estimation
