About the Role

As a Hospital Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare providers. Your role is vital in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who enters the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

â ¢ Patient Registration : Greet patients and visitors, verify their information, and register them for appointments or admissions.

â ¢ Appointment Scheduling : Schedule appointments for patients, ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling.

â ¢ Telephone Management : Answer and direct phone calls, providing information and assistance to callers.

â ¢ General Office Duties : Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

â ¢ Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

â ¢ Medical Records Management : Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.

Qualifications

â ¢ High school diploma or equivalent

â ¢ Strong customer service skills

â ¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

â ¢ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

â ¢ Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
