Mechanical Design Engineer

A highly respected construction and development firm is seeking an experienced Mechanical Designer to join their growing team. Position Overview :

This is a confidential search for a Mechanical Designer who will play a key role in designing mechanical systems for a diverse range of building projects. The selected candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality, efficient, and code-compliant mechanical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design mechanical (HVAC / plumbing) systems for new construction and renovation projects

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers throughout project development

Assist with project budgeting, documentation, and coordination from concept through construction

Ensure all designs meet applicable codes, standards, and project specifications

Qualifications :

3+ years of mechanical design experience in the AEC or construction industry

Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design tools

Solid understanding of mechanical systems, codes, and industry best practices

Strong communication and collaboration skills
