The Foundation is seeking a technology operations coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the activities of high visibility projects within a multi-project portfolio. This role supports project managers by overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring project timelines, budgets and resources are well-managed and maintaining clear communication within the project team.

Qualified candidates will have the following :

• Previous experience working in a technology team or as part of a technical department.
• A track record of being part of, leading and / or supporting technical projects.
• Experience coordinating activities and monitoring them against a timeline working on simultaneous tasks.
• Use of clear and concise communication to ensure alignment across a range of audiences.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and partners.
