As Sr. Director, Network Pharmacy Product & Innovation , you will lead product strategy and innovation efforts across the pharmacy portfolio. You will be responsible for shaping long-term vision, driving strategic alignment across business units, and delivering measurable impact through product innovation. This role operates at the intersection of market trends, enterprise strategy, and customer needs, requiring a strong blend of strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy &Leadership
Develop and champion the long-term vision and strategy for new product lines, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and market dynamics.
Drive product discovery and innovation to identify unmet market needs and define new product opportunities.
Lead strategic planning and investment decisions, including build / buy / partner evaluations, based on rigorous market and performance analysis.Responsible for Pharmacy partnership strategic - identify andcultivate relationships with3rd party product partners
Oversee the design and delivery of pharmacy network products and lead teams in development of new Pharmacy products and services
Oversee product portfolio management, ensuring rationalization and prioritization of products that deliver differentiated value.
Customer & Market Impact
Ensure products deliver measurable outcomes and value to customers, leveraging insights from Commercial, Data, and Customer Experience teams.
Maintain deep understanding of CoverMyMeds’ market position and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Cross-Functional Influence
Partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Corporate Strategy to align product roadmaps with organizational priorities.
Influence enterprise-wide initiatives and represent pharmacy product strategy in executive forums.
Leadership & Talent Development
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers across multiple productsand technical areas.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement, adapting team structure and capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
13+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience).
Proven success in launching 0-to-1 products that effectively solve market painpoints and generate desired outcomes
Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, especially pharmacy interactions with payers, providers, and manufacturers.
Expertise in product development methodologies (e.g., Agile), portfolio management, and lifecycle planning.
Preferred Skills
Strong financial acumen and experience with budget planning.
Experience with network-based products and business models.
Project management and stakeholder engagement at the executive level.
