Job Title : Home Health Care Administrator

Pay Range (depending on experience) :

$80,000 to $100,000 per year

The Home Care Administrator plays a crucial leadership role in the healthcare sector, particularly for those requiring home-based services. In addition to overseeing daily operations, this position requires a deep understanding of both clinical and administrative aspects of home care. Please note this is not a remote or hybrid position.

• Healthcare Knowledge : A background in homecare administration is required.
• Leadership : Strong leadership skills to motivate, manage, and guide a diverse team of caregivers and administrative staff.
• Business Acumen : A solid understanding of budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to run an efficient and profitable operation.
• Marketing : knowledge and creativity to successfully market the agency to develop its full potential.
