Job Description :

As an Occupational Therapist at Phoenix Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to help patients achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess patients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address specific functional impairments.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' abilities to perform daily living activities.
• Educate patients and their families on strategies to enhance independence and manage disabilities.
