Salary : $135,000 $155,000 annually, depending on experience

Position Summary : We are seeking a Director of Behavioral Health Services to provide strategic and clinical leadership for a respected healthcare organization in San Francisco, CA. In this full-time role, you will oversee behavioral health programs, support multidisciplinary teams, drive quality initiatives, and ensure that patients receive timely, effective, and compassionate mental health services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead daily operations of behavioral health programs, including program development, staffing, and compliance
• Supervise and support clinical and administrative teams, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture
• Create, refine, and implement policies and procedures that align with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Partner with medical directors, primary care providers, and community organizations to coordinate integrated care
• Track program performance, quality outcomes, and financial objectives, and implement improvements as needed
• Promote staff growth through training, mentorship, and performance evaluations
• Contribute to strategic planning efforts to expand and strengthen behavioral health services
