We are excited to announce an opening for a full-time, remote Production Associate. This role is structured for a 9am – 6pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) work schedule, providing the flexibility of working from home while supporting industry-leading solutions.

Responsibilities include :

• This is a full time job offering Hours required 9am - 6pm Pacific Standard Time (PST)
• Convert word and Excel files to EDGAR and pdf
• Able to proof for complex style and errors
• Meet tight deadlines with accuracy
• Develop a strong foundation of FilePoint’s mission and guiding principles
• Understand the purpose of our service and how our practices have been successful within the financial service industry
• Progress through a guided training matrix to develop skill sets for use in the production environment
• Reference team documentation daily
• Convert and review projects within the guided time frames
• Work with colleagues to solve problems
• Correspond with clients, as needed, to finish out a project
• Communicate with management regarding progress of project deliverables; including timing, challenges and potential solutions
