Job Details

You will work closely with our clients and their engagement teams to ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping and accounting services for a variety of entities.

Responsibilities

• Manage third-party relationships with banks, vendors, and clients, ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations.
• Download, organize, and review financial data to prepare accurate financial statements.
• Monitor cash balances and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
• Generate monthly budgeting reports and create customized financial reports on recurring schedules and as needed.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies promptly and accurately.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and ensure compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations.
• File various tax reports and provide supporting documentation to tax advisors.
• Provide exceptional client service, maintaining strong relationships and handling requests with professionalism and confidentiality.
