Associate Attorney- Family Law

Overview :

A reputable and growing firm is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney with roughly 2–3 years of experience to join its expanding team. This role is ideal for an attorney who is committed to guiding clients through emotionally challenging matters while continuing to grow professionally in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities :

Manage a diverse caseload including divorce, custody, child support, and other family law matters.

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.

Conduct hearings, mediations, and client meetings.

Maintain consistent, compassionate communication with clients while providing effective, results-driven representation.

Work alongside senior attorneys on complex matters and contribute to case strategy and preparation.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active bar license in good standing.

2–3 years of family law experience (litigation background strongly preferred).

Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills.

Professional, empathetic approach to sensitive and high-stakes matters.
