Job Title : Project Manager III

Location : Hybrid – Greenwood Village, CO

Pay Rate : $50–$60 / hour

Contract Type : Rolling contract, funded through end of 2026 (potential extension through 2029)

Start Date : September 2025

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Project Manager III to lead high-impact initiatives focused on improving the customer experience and operational efficiency of self-installation packaging and onboarding. This role will drive cross-functional collaboration across design, development, supply chain, and executive teams to deliver innovative solutions that reduce costs, improve Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and modernize packaging systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the project lead for two major initiatives.
  • Align with internal stakeholders to define goals, set direction, and manage execution.
  • Coordinate with packaging engineers and supply chain teams to ensure feasibility, durability, and environmental impact of packaging.
  • Manage task prioritization through daily standups and agile methodologies.
  • Aggregate and analyze data to monitor KPIs such as truck rolls and trouble calls (TRTCs).
  • Communicate effectively with executives, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Support strategic decision-making and directional changes based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management , ideally in packaging, manufacturing, or software development environments.
  • Strong understanding of technical systems , data analysis, and process optimization.
  • Software engineering knowledge is required, especially for integrating systems with internal software platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Experience working with supply chain, engineering, and customer experience teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and task management tools.
