Responsibilities : Responsible for preparing customs documentation, ensuring regulations are followed Review and process import and export documents, ensuring all invoices and papers are present Partner with the operations / account management and sales teams for optimal customer satisfaction Answer client questions and monitor processing of goods Coordinate with vendors and carriers Qualifications : 3-5 years of entry writing experience, within a 3PL / Freight Forwarding environment Ability to work both independently and within a team High energy, with a passion for maintaining / retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
