The IT Program Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple IT projects and programs within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills and a solid understanding of IT systems and processes with a desire to lead Artificial Intelligence (AI) project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget including well-defined communication strategies as part of project execution.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic communications support across enterprise IT initiatives, focusing on cross-functional alignment, change enablement, and leadership visibility
- Create messaging and communication plans for AI initiatives and scoping projects
- Lead and manage IT programs and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver value.
- Develop and maintain program / project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors.
- Monitor and report on program / project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Design and implement communication strategies for IT initiatives, increasing awareness and stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and improve program / project management processes and methodologies.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT program / project management.Other Attributes :
Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development lifecycle.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams)Ability to follow direction with minimal oversight.Preferred Qualifications :
PMP, PgMP, or similar certification0-20% Travel
Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is 80,000- 130,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The salary range is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
