Project Management & Executive Assistant
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Management & Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the executive team while managing multiple projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate is an exceptional multitasker, detail-oriented, and experienced with project management tools, particularly ClickUp, to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of reports and presentations
- Manage and track projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress
- Maintain and optimize workflows in ClickUp to track tasks, deadlines, and project updates
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and summaries for executive review
- Assist in prioritizing tasks and managing competing priorities efficiently
- Conduct research, compile data, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional communication
