Sourcing Manager

A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager dedicated to a Global Pharmaceutical Client.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve best pricing and value for clients

Initiate and manage Cvent RFP processes for hotels and suppliers, negotiating critical program components

Review and finalize supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with client requirements and legal protections

Required Qualifications

College degree

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project, event, or meeting management, including at least two years in procurement

Strong knowledge of hotel buying and event budgets

Strong knowledge of domestic destinations, hotels, and hotel chains

Proficiency with Cvent technology and analytical tools
