Informcallers about other payment options available and assist with proper remittance information Provide peer-to-peer trainingwhen requested Assesses payments to provide posting immediately or require follow-up for client resolution. Identifies customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case. Performs routine payment processing activities concerning business products and services. High School Diploma or GED. Ability to meet the requirements of a background check and fingerprinting. Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously. Good attendance / punctuality. Good written and verbal communication. Collaborative teamwork. Technical ability to use computers with multiple apps at the same time. 2 years of customer service experience. 2 years of banking / data entry experience.
