The Opportunity
This position works out of our Atlanta GA location in the Heart Failure Abbotts Heart Failure (HF) business were developing solutions to diagnose monitor and manage heart failure allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.
This role provides technical support relating to equipment utilized in the manufacturing areas by repairing maintaining or modifying production equipment utilizing technical expertise technical manuals schematic drawings precision tools and test equipment.
What Youll Work On
Perform PMP (preventative maintenance plan) on complex RF equipment.
Swap equipment for calibration.
Perform all EAM activities to open and close Work Orders.
Manage equipment inventory prepare and schedule assets for calibration
Trouble shoot production system and provide feedback to engineering
Support Engineering in Installation qualification of Complex Systems.
Works independently and prioritizes activities.
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Preferred Qualifications
two years of performing equipment maintenance in medical device regulated environment
