Infrastructure Design Engineer

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Design Engineer to work remotely in the Seattle Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

Design and create layouts for data center infrastructure, including facilities, cabling, and equipment

Perform capacity planning and resource allocation for scalability and efficiency

Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot data center infrastructure performance and security

Required Qualifications

Strong knowledge of data center architecture and design requirements

Proven experience in a large-scale data center or telecommunications environment

Solid understanding of physical design standards and IT security best practices

Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software for designing data center layouts

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, VCP) are a plus
