Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align rendering approaches with creative and technical targets

Prototype and extend rendering systems within Unreal Engine 5 while maintaining visual coherence

Mentor the art team on best practices for world-building and rendering

Required Qualifications

Typically 7+ years of experience in real-time graphics or technical artistry

Strong understanding of GPU workflows, especially in Unreal Engine 5

Proficiency in shader languages such as HLSL or GSL

Experience with C++ or Python for developing tools or automation systems

Familiarity with profiling tools like PIX or RenderDoc
