Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Ability to navigate and multi-task through multiple systems. High-level proficiency in MS Office suite. Prior legal support or bankruptcy experience preferred but not required. Prolonged time sitting at a desk typing, using, and looking at a computer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
- Monitor cases through court dockets, ensuring all court deadlines are met.
- Keep case management system and client communication systems updated with current status of cases.
- Communicate with outside parties during entire bankruptcy process.
- Develop and maintain congenial relationships with business associates and clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction.
- Provide support to attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere.
