A well-established boutique law firm with a long-standing reputation for excellence and a highly collaborative culture is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Attorney with five to eight years of experience . Located in the dynamic Orange County Airport area our firm offers the unique combination of a sophisticated practice and an intimate team-oriented environment.

About the Role :

As a key member of our team you will work closely with private businesses and handle a broad range of transactional real estate matters. Your responsibilities will include :

• Drafting and negotiating real estate purchase and sale agreements
• Handling leasing matters and financing options
• Forming special purpose and serial entities
• Preparing operating agreements and limited partnership agreements
• Managing occasional real estate dispute matters

Experience in real estate transactions title review real estate finance or workouts is highly valued. Knowledge of entity taxation and corporate governance models is a plus.
