job_description.job_card.job_descriptionIndependently source and qualify new business opportunities within the A / E industry. Leverage internal lists of warm, pre-qualified leads to expand the client base. Maintain a healthy, active pipeline and consistently move opportunities through each stage. Prepare high-quality proposals, capability statements, and RFP responses tailored to client requirements. Work closely with internal teams to align proposal content with project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure all proposals reflect accurate A / E terminology, service scopes, and technical understanding. Use CRM tools (Factor AE, HubSpot, or similar) to manage contacts, track activity, and maintain accurate records. Provide regular reports on prospecting activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Sales Representative
We're looking for a driven, sharp, and self-starting Sales Representative with strong experience in Business Development and Proposal Writing ideally within the Architectural and Engineering (A / E) sector. If you know how to build relationships, spot opportunities, and write proposals that actually win, you'll vibe with this role.

- Conduct proactive cold outreach to new prospects and nurture inbound leads from our existing pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across A / E clients.
- Lead discovery calls, run client meetings, and identify needs that align with our services.
