Position Overview :

The Marketing Content Manager is responsible for translating business strategies and market insights into compelling, results-driven marketing content and programs tailored to a specific industry segment. This role leads the development and execution of content-rich go-to-market strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth, generate measurable ROI, and position the segment as a market leader. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, adept at managing multiple projects, optimizing campaigns, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Content Marketing Leadership :

  • Translate segment-specific business objectives and market insights into actionable, content-driven marketing programs that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Proactively propose, develop and execute innovative content ideas, campaigns, and programs that support industry growth objectives and client acquisition.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with segment goals and evolving market trends.

Campaign Management & Execution :

  • Own marketing campaigns from ideation through execution, with a focus on content creation, distribution, and performance optimization.
  • Secure, coordinate, and align marketing functional resources—including design, digital, and events—in support of segment growth objectives.
  • Ensure all content and campaigns are consistent with brand messaging and deliver a high-quality experience across all touchpoints.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization :

  • Monitor and assess campaign and content performance, establishing actionable learnings to enhance future initiatives.
  • Analyze results to identify opportunities for optimization and report on ROI, engagement, and lead generation metrics.
  • Continuously refine content strategies based on feedback, analytics, and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Relationship Management :

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner for segment leaders, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, building credibility and fostering strong relationships.
  • Act as a positive influencer, managing cross-functional teams and aligning resources to deliver on segment objectives.
  • Share lessons learned and best practices with internal clients and the broader marketing organization.
  • Project & Resource Management :

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for all content and campaign initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain professionalism and a solutions-oriented attitude in the execution of all assignments.
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in a comparable marketing role, with a strong focus on content strategy and campaign management.
  • Solid understanding of the marketing mix and the ability to apply relevant strategies to new opportunities.
  • Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, accuracy, persistence, and dependability.
  • Proven ability to establish credibility with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills; able to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinker who inspires innovation and strategic alignment within teams.
  • Experience sharing best practices and fostering collaboration across marketing functions.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in a professional services environment.
  • Background in the manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries.
  • Experience managing and coaching team members.
  • Marketing agency experience.
  • Corporate experience serving internal stakeholders.

    Salary Range : $65,000 - $85,000 + Bonus

    This salary band is based on position level but final compensation is determined by experience, location, and other relevant factors, so actual salary may vary.
