Bookkeeper & Data Entry Specialist
We are looking for a Bookkeeper & Data Entry Specialist who will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and processing payroll. The ideal candidate should have experience using Zoho Books and be proficient in data entry, accounts reconciliation, and payroll processing.
Responsibilities include :
- Accurately enter financial transactions into Zoho Books and maintain records.
- Process payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Assist in generating financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and payroll regulations.
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and end-of-year financial reporting.
- Work with the finance team to improve financial processes and efficiency.
