Trial Attorney

As an Attorney with the firm, you will play a key role in ensuring clients receive exceptional care and outstanding results. You will meet directly with clients to discuss their cases, build trust, provide guidance, and demonstrate genuine empathy. You will also communicate with insurance companies to provide updates on claims, demands, and offers.

This role requires the ability to prepare cases for trial and litigate effectively when needed. The ideal candidate is driven, confident, compassionate, and fully committed to achieving justice for clients.

Requirements :

• Full-time position
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• 6+ years of litigation experience
• 5+ jury trials as first chair preferred
• Active member of the Wisconsin Bar , in good standing
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
• Strong ability to evaluate claims
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently in an office environment
• Team-oriented, collaborative approach
