Required Education :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities / Qualifications :

  • Generate and maintain various inventory reports periodically and as requested.
  • Provide valuable ad-hoc data analysis to leadership as needed.
  • Actively develop ways to improve reporting.
  • Update and maintain the Company Vehicle Administration website.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence from Associates.
  • Research & resolve associate inquiries.
  • Conduct testing and validation of system enhancements and issues.
  • Identify and request system improvements.
  • Work as part of the team in the development of new special projects.

    • Job Overview :

    The Data Analyst is responsible for the reporting and analysis of the and its lease vehicles. The objective of this position is to work as part of the data team to fulfill the data needs of the Company Vehicles Department (CVA). The data team member will also coordinate with the other departments within the organization on the timely distribution of inventory data.

  • Proficiency with MS Office.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel User, Aptitude with Mainframe / CICS system.
