Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in the Milwaukee area. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various civil engineering projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations
Prepare engineering designs and drawings
Provide technical advice and support to team members
Collaborate with clients, architects, and other professionals to ensure project success
Monitor and report on project progress

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred

Professional Engineer (PE) license

Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software

Excellent project management and leadership skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
