JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly experienced, professional, and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the EVP of Corporate Development and the broader team. This individual will serve as a key partner, ensuring seamless operations through exceptional organization, discretion, and proactive problem-solving.
What You Will Do
Manage complex calendars and scheduling for the EVP and Corporate Development team, including coordination of live / virtual meetings, travel, external advisors’ meetings. and multi-participant sessions.
Coordinate and prepare agendas, correspondence, presentations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
Handle financial administration, including processing departmental invoices, expense reports, and corporate card reconciliations; track and monitor payments through OnBase.
Coordinate and oversee domestic and international travel logistics, creating comprehensive itineraries and ensuring smooth execution of travel plans.
Produce polished deliverables leveraging Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Maintain digital and physical records, organize shared files, and ensure compliance with file retention policies.
Prioritize and manage multiple, competing tasks to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Provide general office and team support including supply management, facilities requests, onboarding / offboarding logistics, and technology setup.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, partners, and external parties.
Exercise sound judgment in managing priorities, handling confidential information, and making decisions
Work collaboratively with other EA’s
Support ad hoc projects and initiatives assigned.
Location : Corporate Headquarters – St. Paul, MN (Hybrid Work Environment)
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 2 years supporting at the Fortune 500 level.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong calendar management and organizational skills; typing proficiency of 55 WPM.
Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest integrity.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience working in large, complex organizations (10,000+ employees).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and problem solve.
Polished grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
Strong customer focus, professional demeanor, and collaborative mindset.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $104,900.00 - $157,300.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
