Position Overview

As the Founding Program Director, you will lead the design, accreditation, and launch of a new Internal Medicine Residency Program. You will build a culture of academic excellence, equity, and patient-centered care while maintaining clinical practice as a role model for trainees.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee implementation of the program curriculum and evaluation systems
• Lead recruitment and development of faculty and residents
• Ensure ongoing compliance with ACGME standards
• Foster a culture of professionalism, scholarship, and resident wellness
• Maintain a clinical role in internal medicine
• Collaborate with system leaders to grow future fellowships
