Position Description :

Flu required prior to start - Client Hi Def or Revolution (top of the line) REQUIRED - Toshiba preferred 36Hrs / week - weekends / holidays required . Must have level 1 trauma experience : must have worked inpatient acute care, level 1 trauma. - Required Must have Peripheral IV Skills Required - they have to start an IV on all outpatients NO BLOCK SCHEDULING - Every other weekend at minimum. MUST HAVE ASSOCIATES DEGREE (Chemistry) Required for POC testing. Cannot take certificate programs. Required travel experience. No first time travelers. Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday) NM to interview and offer Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission

ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as perm or per diem within the last 6 months - MUST be separated from facility for 6 months to be considered.
