Location :  Pearl River NY 10965 (ONSITE)

As Bench Scientist, you will :

Job Description : The Cellular Mediated Immunity (CMI) Analyst is a specialized role within Viral Vaccines responsible for performing laboratory assays to evaluate T and B cell responses to vaccine candidates.

Key responsibilities include animal tissue processing, conducting cell culture experiments in a BSL-2 environment, preparation of samples for flow cytometry, staining, acquisition in spectral flow cytometers, data analysis with specialized software such as FlowJo, OMIQ and GraphPad Prism and presentation of data in internal group meetings.

Role Responsibilities

Conduct various assays to monitor immune responses elicited by vaccine candidates and document

laboratory work in electronic notebooks thoroughly.

• Maintain cell lines, process tissues such as spleens, lymph nodes and PBMCs, and prepare samples for

testing, assisting with molecular and virology work.
