• Day shift 5x8-hour schedule with flexible days including Tues-Sat, Wed-Sun, or Mon-Fri options
• Guaranteed 40 hours based on completing 25 visits per week
• Home health setting with field-based position
• OASIS experience required
• Home health experience preferred but willing to consider candidates without experience
• BLS certification required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
