Work Schedule :  M-F 8-5pm

Compensation :  $82000 / year

Benefits : This position is eligible for medical, vision, dental, 401k and PTO.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 7 years of HR experience (minimum 3 years of them being supervisory)
• Bilingual in English / Spanish, preferred
• Employee relation experience
• Knowledge of state, local, federal labor law and regulations
• Demonstrated confidentiality
• Nonprofit experience preferred

Job Description : Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, local employment laws and programmatic performance standards. Provides direction in the Agency’s personnel management system to meet the needs of the internal and external customers effectively and efficiently.
