Job Type : Full-Time | Onsite (Not Remote)

Salary : $70,000 $125,000+ per year (Base + Commission / Bonus + Growth Potential)

Position Overview

The State Farm Agent Aspirant role is a leadership-track position designed to prepare you for agency ownership. Youll work side-by-side with Agent Alex Mora and his Team to learn all aspects of operating a successful agency from sales and marketing to business management and team leadership.

This position is ideal for ambitious professionals who are ready to grow into a leadership or ownership role while earning competitive pay and building long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business growth strategies
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Cross-sell multiple lines of insurance and financial service products
• Lead and support team members to meet agency goals
• Manage sales performance, customer service, and retention
• Participate in State Farms Agent Aspirant Program for career development
• Represent the agency through networking and community involvement
