Job Description : Project Scope :
- The Operations Manager works to ensure both efficiency and quality across every aspect of the organization by reducing or eliminating barriers to operational success while maximizing processes and procedures to streamline workflows and meet customer expectations.
- They analyze and improve operational processes by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Operations Manager skills include managing project timelines and budgets, scheduling and planning tasks, setting goals, enhancing processes and procedures, controlling quality management, and effectively communicating with various project teams and senior management
Roles / Responsibilities :
Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure to ensure continuous improvement Participates in long-term planning, project status reporting, and change control processes Manage data collection for reporting metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer serviceManages objective testing and data validation prior to reporting findings and recommendations to key stakeholdersTroubleshoot and remove blockers, improve policies, eliminate workflow bottlenecks, and boost productivityMonitors and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metricsMeasure progress on critical goals and KPIs to help teams course-correct, as neededIdentifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and implement strategiesLead, motivate, and support a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolutionWorks closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions are being properly executedEstablishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, internal teams, and external vendorsStays up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technologyConduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper managementOperations Manager should be comfortable with the below skills :

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in program management, business or public administration, technical management, operations management, information systems, engineering, finance / accounting, or related fieldsTwo or more years of overall project management experienceTwo or more years of proven success in an operations management roleDesirable Skills :
Knowledge of Medicaid, SNAP, TANF and other such government programsA Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationWorking knowledge of software programs, including ServiceNow, ADO, or related tools
