Environmental Health and Safety Specialist

As the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist, you will be managing and implementing site EHS policies and programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. You will also be overseeing EHS programs across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with IQVIA Laboratories Corporate / Global EHS programs and applicable regulations.

What you’ll be doing :

• Overseeing EHS programs at business unit level for one or multiple sites to ensure compliance with IQVIA Laboratories Corporate EHS policies and regulatory obligations (e.g., US OSHA, UK HSE).
• Ensuring corrective actions are implemented and documented in response to audits and reviews.
• Maintaining site compliance calendar and verify timely completion of recurring compliance actions.
• Training large groups on safety procedures and governing environmental laws.
• Conducting or coordinating internal site risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify and assess risks.
• Assisting teams with development and assignment of appropriate CAPAs.
• Ensuring adequate management and training of EHS resources within the business.
• Champion site EHS Committee implementation and support the Committee Chairperson.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $64,100.00 - $106,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and / or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and / or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and / or other benefits.
