Business Operations Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business operations sector, is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join their team. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be part of the Business Operations department supporting senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Track and review financial data on a quarterly basis to ensure accuracy and strategic alignment
• Create and analyze Statements of Work (SOWs) in relation to business cases
• Coordinate with senior directors to compile quarterly plans and initiatives
• Manage budgets, including OPEX and CAPEX, working with various organizational units
• Generate weekly reports and handle ad-hoc requests from leadership for financial and operational insights
