Research &; Understanding : Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand training objectives and ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Audience Focused : Tailor content for different learner levels, ensuring accessibility and clarity for all audiences.

Consistency : Ensure all content adheres to established guidelines, maintaining consistency across materials and projects.

Collaboration : Work closely with design, marketing, and project management teams to align content with overall brand strategies and visual elements.

Content Updates : Revise and update existing training materials as necessary, ensuring content stays current with evolving best practices or product changes.

Feedback Integration : Incorporate client and learner feedback to improve content quality and effectiveness.

SEO & Engagement : Optimize content for digital formats, ensuring it is searchable, interactive, and engaging for the intended audience.

Skills & Qualifications :

Proven experience in writing training or instructional content.

Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities.

Ability to adapt to various brand voices and styles.

Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Using Articulate Rise and / or Storyline an added bonus

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
