Applicants for the Chief Claims Officer position at the company should have a four-year degree, with an MBA, CPCU, or JD being preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in a similar role is required, with a strong background in the oil and gas or construction industries being highly valued. The role demands excellent communication, collaboration, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage a team, develop talent, and ensure outstanding customer service.
