Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (Education, Leadership, Organizational Development, or related)5+ years of progressive leadership in educational programming, member services, or staff developmentProven success managing and mentoring a team—especially early-career professionalsExperience delivering engaging in-person and virtual training, conferences, or certification programsAbility to operate under public scrutiny and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groupsFamiliarity with LMS systems, online learning tools, and KPI-driven program managementPreferred Background & Skills
Experience in membership-based, volunteer-led organizations (e.g., fraternities, associations, nonprofits)Ability to work collaboratively with boards, committees, and influential volunteersStrong leadership presence and team-building mindsetPassion for shaping strategy and building systems that support long-term educational growthReady to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact?
