IC Resource Coordinator

Amentum is seeking a Resource Coordinator to provide coordination and oversight of hiring operations for a large program within the company's Intelligence and Cyber Business Group. The selected candidate will provide data management, trend analysis and act as liaison between the operations, security and recruiting components. This candidate should currently possess or be capable of quickly gaining knowledge of full life cycle of Amentum recruiting, security vetting and hiring processes.

As the Resource Coordinator, you will provide a wide range of support including but not limited to :

• Processing candidates compliantly and tracking candidate activity through Amentum's recruiting process
• Liaising with other departments including Security, HR, and Operations to ensure all requirements are met as expeditiously as possible
• Assisting managers with various Talent Acquisition projects as needed
• Traveling for career fair / job fair support as needed

Work Environment

This position is hybrid, and the work is performed remotely in a home office environment, with an occasional requirement of being able to travel when needed and being able to move boxes / shipping materials of approximately 25 lb.
