A company is looking for a Communications Specialist (contract).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Executive Admin to manage calendars, schedules, and logistics for customer and executive engagements
Coordinate customer events, executive meetings, and organizational communications
Create presentations and prepare executive materials for meetings and keynotes
Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of administrative or project support experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience developing communications for senior leaders, including presentations and follow-up materials
Previous experience in the technology or public sector preferred
BA / BS degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Teams, and Microsoft Office Systems
