Key Responsibilities Chemical Program Oversight
Direct and refine chemical treatment strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Supervise vendor performance and align chemical usage with operational goals to reduce costs and enhance output.
Analyze well integrity data and pressure trends to support engineering and field operations.
Evaluate historical data to improve oil recovery and inform future operational decisions.
Solids Management Leadership
Oversee solids control initiatives, ensuring timely tank cleanouts and optimal facility performance.
Guide field teams in executing safe and efficient solids management operations.
Provide actionable insights through data analysis and reporting to support project planning and execution.
Water Sourcing & Reuse Operations
Lead initiatives to expand water reuse capabilities and generate new revenue streams.
Develop and present technical proposals for new projects and manage execution from start to finish.
Coordinate with land and procurement teams to secure resources and right-of-way access.
Supervise field personnel and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Project & Financial Management
Prepare cost estimates and support the development of project budgets and AFEs.
Track operational metrics and contribute to forecasting and strategic planning.
Submit regulatory and internal reports, including monthly summaries for oversight bodies.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Petroleum, or Chemical).
5+ years of experience in oil & gas, water infrastructure, or midstream operations.
Strong analytical and budgeting skills.
Effective communicator with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Proficient in vendor management and field operations.
Willingness to travel frequently to field locations.
Preferred
Familiarity with Permian / Delaware Basin operations.
Knowledge of Texas and New Mexico regulatory environments.
Experience in business development within water reuse or sourcing.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Primarily office-based with regular field visits.
Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs and sit for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license and insurability required.
Tools & Equipment
Computers, tablets, office communication tools, and company vehicle.
Pay Details : $60.00 to $80.00 per hour
