Per Diem Psychiatric Tech - Adult Residential

We are looking for professionals to join our team as on-call staff to cover PTO, call-outs, and additional hours as needed based on business needs.

We are hiring Per Diem Psych Techs to help cover our swing shift Monday - Friday 3 : 00 pm to 11 : 00 pm.

Pay Rate :  $21-$22 per hour depending on experience.

In this role, you'll r eport to the Program Director, and join a dynamic team that is responsible for providing rehabilitative supportive care to our client population.

You will :

• Responsible for conducting client intake / discharge inventories and documenting all items in the EMR system.
• Provide line-of-sight supervision to clients throughout your shift.
• Provide and facilitate educational and support groups assigned and promptly document these activities in the client’s records.
• Strive to increase professional growth and effectiveness by completing all required training in a timely fashion.
• Provides crisis intervention services when authorized and necessary.
• Maintain an active participation with the clients at all times.
• Prepare and monitor medication self-administration, documenting all details in EMR.
• Document clients’ daily activities, unusual behavior, and pertinent information in EMR.
• Communicate with fellow Psych Techs, Therapists, Nurses, and Program Director, on an ongoing basis.
