We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects ranging from $5M to $20M. This is a high-visibility role where you'll lead complex builds from concept to closeoutensuring delivery on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. What You'll Own

• Full lifecycle project managementfrom preconstruction through final punch list
• Budget oversight, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting
• Contract administration including purchase orders and change orders
• Schedule development and management to keep projects on track
• QA / QC implementation to maintain excellence and catch issues early
• Site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality
• Weekly OAC meetings and ongoing client communication
• Team mentorship and subcontractor relationship building
• Collaboration with Estimating, Business Development, and Executive Leadership
• Participation in client presentations and interviews

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00 / yr.
